You walk through the vast desert, holding your lantern aloft as you search for a way back to the Road. The violet moon is a silent presence high above, and the only sound you hear is the susurration of sand being teased by the wind. Your incantation should have revealed the pathway long before this, but you feel certain that what you seek can’t be far.

As you crest another sand dune, you are amazed to see an enormous tower spiraling out of the desert and into the dark ribbon of an endless, star encrusted sky. Heavy clouds swirl around the spire, and the whole structure glows with a faint luminescence.

“It could be worth exploring,” you say.

At your words, a rippling pathway appears beneath the sand, enticing you onwards. You hesitate, but an opportunity to explore the mysterious Earthshine Tower is too powerful an opportunity to resist. Besides, you never know what treasures might await a traveler who is willing to embark on an adventure…
