The Workshop

Golden light spills out of the workshop as you push the door open and step inside. Beeswax candles glow on a mahogany desk at the center of the room. Hand-carved vines and flowers flow down thick legs that taper into lion paws, and a sheaf of blank papers is spread over the surface of the desk.

As you approach, a pen rolls off the desk and comes to rest at your feet. You pick it up, pulling off the cap as if unsheathing a blade, and feel the spirit of inspiration that lingers in this place. There is a soft thump as a chair appears behind you, and you realize that you have been invited to take the storyteller’s seat.

The Workshop is bursting with creative spirit to encourage your stories to grow and thrive! Pull up a seat and browse our selection of interviews and craft discussions with industry professionals, authors, and other creatives as a source of inspiration for your reading (and writing) pleasure.
